After many years of diverse experience in childcare from Au pairing to Educare, I followed my calling and registered with Headstart Montessori Training Centre resulting in a 3 – 6 years Montessori Diploma in 2009. My search for a school to complete my practical training is what led me to Montessori where I worked as an assistant for several years before taking over the Preschool class as Directress in 2011. My family and I live on the property and through my commitment to the school, the children and families in my care, earned the role of Principal of Montessori@Home Durbanville from the start of 2017.In July 2018 I became the new owner of Montessori@Home Durbanville, changing the name to Journey Montessori Preschool.My vision for our school is to help guide, nurture, educate and uplift every little person in our care.
